Fees:  We usually charge a fee for our service, the precise amount will depend upon your circumstances but we estimate that it will be up to £300. In addition, we will be paid commission or a procuration fee from the lender/insurer, however customers do have the option of a fee based service, with a refund of any commission or procuration fees received. The precise amount of our fee based service will depend upon your circumstances, but we estimate that it will be 0.50% of the loan amount, i.e. the maximum payable would be £500 on a £100,000 mortgage.
