Fees:
Fees: We usually charge a broker fee for our service ranging between £0 to £500, the precise amount will depend upon the complexity of the case and your circumstances, but typically it will be £300, paid on completion of the mortgage.
In addition, we will be paid commission, or a procuration fee from the lender, however customers do have the option of a fee-based service, with a refund of any commission or procuration fees received. The precise amount of our fee-based service will depend upon your circumstances, but we estimate that it will typically be 0.50% of the loan amount, i.e. the maximum payable would be £500 on a £100,000 mortgage.
